Abstract

Lifestyles that include eating habits, physical activity and toxic habits occupy an important place in human health. This study aimed to determine the nutritional status through parameters: anthropometric and dietary of the LOSEP administrative professionals, of the Zonal Coordination 2 Salud Tena and administrative staff of the former district 15D01, nutritionists in charge made a compilation of nutritional information obtaining the anthropometric measurements, using the stadiometer and the bioimpedance scale. The study was carried out on 75 people: 31 men and 44 women, of which 20% mentioned having a personal pathological history such as: Hyperlipidemia; Arterial hypertension; hypothyroidism; gastritis, preeclampsia and diabetes, 35% know of a family history of pathology, which becomes a risk factor for suffering from metabolic diseases. Finally, it is concluded that, of 75 people evaluated, 60 have a BMI of Overweight/Obesity, of which 56 are obese according to % body fat; 32 have metabolic risk and 41 have a low % of muscle mass, this is due to a high calorie intake and a low level of physical activity.
